This initiative brings together Survivor Source, a survivor-led organization; Premier Wireless, supporting device distribution and service on-T-Mobile’s network; and The Woolf Group, a strategic operations firm to build infrastructure designed to support survivors long-term. The coalition quietly began rolling out phones in January in recognition of National Human Trafficking Prevention Month and plans to support thousands of participants. Each Vox Invictus phone is preloaded with emergency SOS applications, safety‑planning and documentation tools, mental‑health resources, job‑search and professional‑development apps, and a secure group channel for program updates. The phones come with a temporary virtual number that survivors can add to any device, allowing anonymous communication with advocates and service providers. Apps like myPlan include PIN codes, dummy modes, and quick‑exit functions to safeguard privacy. Survivor Source stresses that digital access is a lifeline; Vox Invictus turns that lifeline into a bridge to counseling, healthcare, education, employment, and peer support. The Woolf Group designed the program’s structure and governance and serves as the systems integrator, aligning technology partners with survivor‑centered goals and elevating real‑world solutions that benefit communities. TWG’s history of bridging systems, businesses, and government, whether working on public‑safety and victim systems or helping partners amplify social change, ensures Vox Invictus is not just a campaign but a durable platform for accountability and access. “At TWG, we’ve spent years building partnerships between industry, government, and communities. Vox Invictus demonstrates that when survivors, systems thinkers, and technology leaders work together, we can deliver tools that protect privacy, restore agency, and solve real problems,” said Oriel Ekşi, senior partner at The Woolf Group. “We’re proud to help integrate the pieces and ensure this initiative benefits those who need it most.” Lara Kelly, founder and executive director of Survivor Source, added: “This program was created by survivors, for survivors. A phone and a connection to critical resources can mean the difference between isolation and opportunity. Vox Invictus respects our autonomy, safeguards our privacy, and, thanks to allies like Oriel who understand our experience, shows that those with lived experience can drive systemic change.” “Vox Invictus demonstrates how technology, when designed with survivors and advocates at the center, can become a pathway to safety, healing, and independence. CPR³, created by Premier Wireless, supports privacy, emergency response, mental-health resources, and trusted connections—helping individuals reclaim their lives and move forward on their own terms,” said Lea Bogle, President and CEO of Premier Wireless. **About The Woolf Group** The Woolf Group ([www.TWGStrategy.com](https://www.twgstrategy.com/)) is a values-driven consultancy that helps mission-oriented businesses, government agencies, and nonprofits secure federal funding, navigate complex regulations, and design survivor-centered solutions.
